If your visa is cancelled

Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation (NOICC)
A NOICC may be issued when grounds exist to cancel a visa under the Migration Act 1958. It happens because of various reasons such as false information, breaching visa conditions, or failing to meet obligations (e.g., student attendance or RSMS employment).
Furthermore, once the visa holder receives a NOICC, he/she has time of 5 working days to respond. A written explanation is required answering why their visa should not be canceled.
